Program Requirements
- You must have a web site.
- Your web site must have inoffensive content acceptable to us.
- If you are under 18 (or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction), then your parent or legal guardian must apply and receive payments on your behalf.
Payment Terms
- If an affiliate has accrued less than $50, then earnings will be held until the quarter when accrued earnings exceed $50. (Affiliates may elect to set a higher payment threshold, if you must pay currency-exchange or check-processing fees.)
- If you are an American resident and earning over USD $600.00 in revenue annually on your site you must provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (generally, your Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number), and complete, sign, and return a W-9 form, before we will issue any payments to you.
- We will mail payments in U.S. dollars in the form of a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Payment will be made to affiliates within 60 days after the end of the quarter in which funds are earned (earnings accrue upon shipment of an order). This allows time for returns and refunds, and to identify any fraudulent orders or shipments.

Web Site Content Restrictions
We support free speech, and recognize your right to speak freely and publish lawful material on the Internet, including materials which some may find offensive or disagreeable. However, we do not wish to advertise on web sites, which contain content, which is likely to offend a substantial number of our staff, shareholders, or customers. Therefore, you cannot participate in the MovieGoods Affiliate Program if your web site:
- Contains pornographic images, including any and all depictions of sexual or any unclothed images of minors;
- Advocates hatred, prejudice or harassment based on race, gender, social class, ethnicity, nationality or national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability or difference, political beliefs, or otherwise;
- Contains, or claims or appears to contain, any materials which infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
- Advocates or encourages any illegal activities, including betting or gambling over the Internet.

Revocation
Your participation in the MovieGoods Affiliate Program is solely at the discretion of MovieGoods, which may decide at any time to reject or revoke your participation in the program for any reason. In the event your site is "approved" and then approval is revoked although you have not clearly violated the above restrictions. We will seek to provide you with reasonable advance notice, by sending an email to the address you provided during the registration process, at least three days before disabling any links or stopping payments.

NO Email or Newsgroup Advertising
We do not endorse or approve the practice of inserting any affiliate links to MovieGoods in newsgroups or email messages, nor on any web site, which is promoted via newsgroup posts, or email messages, unless you obtain our advance written approval. We have a "zero tolerance" policy for spam and "unsolicited commercial email." In the event that you violate this policy, your affiliate account will be terminated and you will not receive any payments from MovieGoods.

Allegations of Improper Acts If we are presented with evidence that your MovieGoods Affiliate ID was used in a newsgroup or email message. Or if it was included on a web site that is alleged to contain materials which infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others. We will disclose your identifying information to any complainant and/or any law enforcement agency, without requiring a subpoena or court order.
