By entering the MovieGoods New Moon Giveaway (the "Giveaway") operated on the MovieGoods.com Website accessible at the domain "moviegoods.com", you hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Giveaway, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Giveaway, whose decisions are final.

Eligibility: No purchase necessary. The New Moon Poster Giveaway contest is offered and open to legal U.S. residents, ages 13 or over at the time of entry. This Contest is void outside of the 50 U.S., in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Entries must be received no later than November 20, 2009 to be eligible for consideration.

Participants must submit an original picture image from one of the New Moon event locations (listed below) during the time of the event.

Promotional Period: The promotional period begins on November 6, 2009 at 9:00 AM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 19, 2009.

How it works: Participants in the Giveaway must submit an original picture image from one of the cities hosting a New Moon Promotional Event: Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Washington D.C.; Houston, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Atlanta, GA; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; New York, NY.

The original picture image must clearly depict one of the following: a member of the cast or crew of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, OR the participant and the surrounding scene from the event, including but not limited to props, sets, lights, signs, promotional materials.

It is up to the discretion of the Administrator of the Giveaway to determine which pictures are eligible.

The first image received from each of the New Moon event locations will be considered first. If deemed inappropriate or not fitting within the guidelines listed above, the next image received will be considered until a suitable winner is chosen.

A winner does not need to be a resident of the state from which they are submitting an image. The winner must still fit within the eligibility requirements.

To Enter: To enter the Giveaway, send an email to contest@moviegoods.com that must include your name, last name, a valid email address, date of birth, and your picture image from the New Moon Event. Include the name of the city from which you are submitting the image in the subject line of the e-mail entry.

Limit one (1) submission per person.

Prizes: A maximum of fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded. Each prize will consist of one (1) 27”x40” rolled movie poster for the title The Twilight Saga: New Moon (the "Prize"), item number 489419 on MovieGoods.com. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is Twenty Nine dollars and Ninety Nine cents (US $29.99).

One (1) winner will be chosen from each of the following cities: Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Washington D.C.; Houston, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Atlanta, GA; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; New York, NY.

Winner Notification: On or about November 23, 2009 the potential prize winners (the "Prize Winners") will be notified by e-mail. In the event that there are no entries from a specific city, that city’s Prize will be awarded at random by combining all the eligible Entries received nationwide. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate Prize Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.

The Prize Winners will receive a notification email from the Administrator of the Giveaway which will request a mailing address. MovieGoods will not sell participants’ information to third-party clients.

Certain Prize Restrictions: No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any of its components with a prize of comparable or greater value should a Prize or any of its components become unavailable. Prizes are solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Prize Taxes: All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Giveaway, including, without limitation, winning a prize, will be the sole responsibility of each of the Prize Winners.

Publicity Release Terms: Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner's acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use Prize Winner's name, photograph, essay, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Improper Conduct" Administrator, in it's sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Giveaway, and refuse to award a Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Giveaway or detrimental to other entrants of the Giveaway. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Giveaway. Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of a Prize shall in no way prevent Administrator from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE GIVEAWAY ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Integrity of Giveaway: If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.

Damaged Prizes: Participants agree to not seek compensation for any damages to the Prize that may occur during shipping and handling. The Prize is offered “as is” without warranty, with the understanding that all reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of the Prize have been made.

Release and Indemnity: Each entrant in this Giveaway, including, without limitation, a Prize Winner, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Giveaway Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize, participation in this Giveaway and participation in any activity related to this Giveaway.
