Shopping online at MovieGoods with your credit card is completely safe. Your credit card information is encrypted using the latest security technology. In fact, we never even see your credit card number when you order online! If you do not have a major credit card, you can also order via check or money order - simply call our order desk at 1-866-679-0118 during regular business hours.

Return Policy

MovieGoods guarantees customer satisfaction! We take precautions against your order being damaged during shipping by carefully packaging orders. If you do have concerns about damage during shipping, please choose a FedEx delivery method as your package will be insured.

If you are unsatisfied with the items you have received from MovieGoods, please contact our customer returns department immediately. We will be happy to assist you with a free replacement or refund of the price of the product. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Any products returned for credit or refund must be returned within 30 days. Do not send any items back to us until you have contacted us first to obtain instructions and a Return Authorization Number. MovieGoods will NOT accept any returned orders without a Return Authorization Number.

Please take a digital photo of the item in question and the shipping container it arrived in and send it to returns@moviegoods.com. Please include the following in your email message: your MovieGoods order number, the specific item number, the reason for your return request, and whether you are seeking a replacement item or a refund. You will receive an email back from us with further instructions - most requests are responded to within 2 business days.

Quick, Securely-Packaged Delivery of Your Order

By choosing our FedEx® delivery option, you will also receive the added security of insurance and guaranteed, trackable delivery. If you receive any package that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the package.

Price Protection

MovieGoods does not offer any price protection policies on the items we sell. Due to constantly fluctuating supply and demand of movie collectibles, the current market prices of items can often change. If the market price of an item drops after the date you purchased it, we will not refund the price difference. You can return an item within 30 days of your purchase date though - contact customer service with any questions. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and you would be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
