Carrey takes on one of his less manic but still appealing personas as compulsive liar and attorney Fletcher Reid. This puts a crimp in his legal practice, especially as he tries to defend brazen would-be divorcee Samantha Cole (Tilly). Gets kinda sappy but Carrey can carry almost any situation.
