Bustling Saigon sets the stage for the intertwining fortunes of five characters: young flower seller Kien An (Hiep), street kid Woody (Duoc), cyclo driver Hai (Duong), prostitute Lan (Bui), and ex-Marine Hager (Keitel), who's searching for his Amer-Asian daughter.
