Photographer O'Donnell joins a team of mountain climbers in order to rescue his sister Tunney, who is part of a group trapped on K2. Plot serves mainly as connective tissue for the numerous heart-stopping (and well-done) action sequences. Mountain-fodder cast has few standouts, except maybe Glenn in the crazy-but-wise-old-coot role.
