$150 Weekly Sign-up Contest - Official Rules

MovieGoods.com $150 Weekly Signup Contest (the "Promotion") is open only to new email subscribers who are legal residents of the fifty United States (including District of Columbia) and who are at least 18 years old. No purchase necessary to enter. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Promotion is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and our decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

MovieGoods will randomly select 1 entry per week for a prize of a $150 Gift Certificate redeemable as cash for any merchandise offered on the MovieGoods.com website. Only one entry per person. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Prices posted on the MovieGoods.com website do not include taxes, shipping or handling charges, which may be paid for out of the value of the gift certificate. MovieGoods is under no obligation to replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen gift certificates.

Weekly Winners will be selected on a weekly basis for so long as MovieGoods determines, in its sole discretion, to continue the Promotion. Winners will be selected by MovieGoods at random from all eligible entries. Our decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

MovieGoods.com will contact the winners via the email used to sign up for the Promotion and will give a clear and defined method on how to accept the Gift Certificate. Any winners who do not claim the Gift Certificate 7 days from the notification of the winner selection are voided and forfeit all entitlement to the Gift Certificate.

MovieGoods reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by MovieGoods in its sole discretion. MovieGoods reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, MovieGoods reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
