Shipping Information
All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. Rolled posters are shipped in heavy duty cardboard mailing tubes. Items such as folded posters, stills, press kits and lobby cards are packaged in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard envelopes, or in bubble-wrapped lined envelopes. If your order contains multiple items that can be carefully packaged in the same package, then we will do so to keep shipping costs minimized.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeframes
MovieGoods offers a variety of shipping options. For USA orders, MovieGoods recommends an Express Delivery Method as your shipment will be completely trackable. Orders shipped via the postal servicel delivery method are neither insured, nor trackable while in-transit.Note: To ensure timely order processing, any Express orders placed with an invalid recipient address (such as PO Boxes or APO addresses) may be shipped out via priority postal service at the discretion of the MovieGoods Fulfillment Department. Please be sure to provide a valid physical address that our courier can deliver to when completing your order.

Tracking Numbers:
In most cases, Express Tracking Numbers will be emailed to customers. Tracking numbers are not available for Postal Service orders.
Postal Service Orders: Depending on the delivery area, your local post office may (at their discretion) deliver your package directly to the shipping address you provide, or they may send a notice for pick-up. We can not guarantee that Postal Service packages will come directly to your address.
Backorders: In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we may hold the rest of your items until the backordered item(s) is filled. As soon as all items are available, we will ship your entire order in one shipment.

Shipping Exceptions
Regardless of shipping method chosen, Stand-Ups and Lightboxes may take up to 3 or 4 weeks to arrive.
Please note that certain products, including lightboxes, stand-ups and large oversized posters, cannot currently be shipped to addresses outside of the US and Canada. Please Contact Us if you are an International customer looking to purchase these items.
Taxes and Duties
Shipments to Nevada addresses will be charged a 7.75% Sales Tax.International orders are subject to potential duties, customs charges and taxes levied by local governments, such as the VAT and GST. International customers are personally responsible for these charges.
